What happens after I signup on GoalGaze.com?

Via the data on the signup form, our teams starts working on establishing a dynamic mentorship for you. If more information is needed, we will reach out via email.

How do we establish mentorships?

We look at a variety of your interests and goals that you share with us to help us formulate the most productive partnership we can.

How long do the mentorships last?

Although the GoalGaze Mentorship lasts for 3 months, we hope to initiate a productive relationship that extends beyond the time frame we have set in place.

What kind of resources do you provide?

Some of the items we provide include (but are not limited to): vision board (what does the big picture look like for you?), question lists (dig deeper into your target career hopes), goal action plans (motivation behind a goal and action steps), and planner (putting everything together).

Do you setup mentorship circles?

This varies on a case-by-case basis, but we can definitely have 1 mentor or group leader and 3-5 students per circle.

How can I be more involved with GoalGaze?

For students we offer ambassadorship programs in which you could be the liaison between your university and GoalGaze. There are some exciting perks to this!

Rosheni Malik

Rosheni is the founder of GoalGaze. She created GoalGaze to be a platform to empower students for their future careers. In addition, Rosheni is a Senior Vice President at BTIG in the Technology division. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in computer science.

Amy Lan

Amy has spent most of her recent career working at some of LA’s most well-known startups such as Honey and Bird. She is currently VP of Operations at ManiMe, a beauty tech startup. She graduated from The Wharton School at UPenn with an MBA in Finance and has dual degrees in Business and Accounting from University of Southern California. Amy is excited to bring her entrepreneurial mindset and operational expertise to GoalGaze.

Shiny Chu

Shiny graduated from UCLA with a BA in Political Science and History and is now working in Operations at DataKind, a data science nonprofit. She is currently an MBA Candidate at Tuck. She has worked, lived or studied on 4 continents and is excited to help GoalGaze grow!

Marie-Lena Olma

Marie-Lena is a the Head of Membership Services (Division Manager) and Project Lead at Deutsche Chorjugend e.V. She is responsible for overseeing and growing services for choral associations across Germany. She also facilitates the legal & financial establishment of choirs. She has a bachelors from Robert-Schumann-Hochschule Düsseldorf and a masters from Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg.
